A Career Turn That Proved Fruitful in the End
Many have gone on record for starting out on careers that they later dropped. World renowned menswear fashion guru giorgio armani was a man of different careers before he ended up as a fashion designer. For his education he chose to study sciences in the hope of working in the medical field. His study of medicine started out well before he went on an internship program that made him realise that the horrors that happened in hospitals were more than he could bear. With no other qualification to fall on he was forced to take up odd jobs in order to make a living. One of his jobs led him to a clothing store where he was tasked with selling masculine clothes. While on this job he developed a keen sense of fashion and this was as a result of not coming across a suit that would impress him. There began his story as a fashion designer, he quit his job to open his own design shop. It has been over four decades since this happened and today armani is still going strong.
